Laura's Training Plan

Let me preface this by saying I am NOT a morning person.  Never have been.  Yet, somehow, I am up before dawn 5 days a week.  It does wake me up, especially the running days in the 30 degree darkness...but don't get in my &$#*@! way when I'm starting out.

THE PLAN
The milage varies by week, but here's the basic plan...

Monday - easy run
Tuesday - yoga
Wednesday - race-pace run
Thursday - cross train & weights
Friday - tempo run
Saturday* - long run
Sunday* - rest

*Sat/Sun schedule switches depending on weather and any social obligations on Fri/Sat nights.  Haha.
